The Food
Our approach is focused on a contemporary cuisine concept, with an Island fusion, while still respecting proven classic methods and dishes. Our flavors are complex, direct and showcasing imaginative cuisine, our menus features a distinctive and skillfully blended combination of flavors to create dishes that are bold and intriguing. We are able to create a wide variety of styles and ambiances, from a backyard cookout style menu to an elegant multiple courses sit down affair.

The Chefs                                                                                                                                                                  All our head chefs have been Classically French Trained, at the best Culinary Programs in the country, with a successful track record. All have spent time abroad, taking in the customs, food, and culture, broadening their pallets to provide you with the most authentic and unique experiences. They've expanded their local and regional food knowledge to continue promoting local ingredients, techniques and preparation procedures.  All are ServSafe® certified, with the proper training to safely handle and prepare delicious culinary masterpieces.
